At the end of the day you can only sit back and claim what has been delivered and this is where Tanya shines. With multi industry experience Tanya has built a reputation on developing strong & cohesive teams and guiding them to deliver extraordinary results.

I am an experienced Digital Technology leader with 25 years in delivery of ICT services across diverse business landscapes through leading multi-disciplined technology teams, in New Zealand and the UK.  Working across several industries; Airline and Travel, Retail Banking, Packaging, Utilities, IT outsource managed services and Contact Centres.

I am passionate about building diverse, highly engaged, and performing teams by creating environments for people to thrive in and achieve outstanding results and this is the heart of my leadership style.

I am most at home in front of a whiteboard, problem solving, solution building and communications planning.

I have been fortunate to complete a Masters of Advanced Leadership Practice (MALP) at Massey University, I came out with a real understanding the impact of technology disruption on the organisation and underpinning this is how technology leaders optimise their distinctive human capabilities to set them apart.

As a Senior Manager at Air New Zealand, I was responsible for ICT services including the transformation of Digital Services and the consolidation of multiple legacy Service Management and Service Desk systems and processes into a modern simplified SAAS solution and creating additional new service channels.  Also leading Digital Product Management functions to drive business value in Finance, Payroll, HR, Learning and Supply Chain and implementing new products and capabilities.

I also have experience in technology procurement, leading a number of RFPs including an ‘All of Government’ supply and support contract for Waterare’s Mobile Voice and Data service working with the MBIE (Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment), Auckland Council and Watercare procurement resulting in significant cost reduction.

I bring a pragmatic, logical, structured, and sincere approach to build strong and sustainable partnerships that support business growth.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Business Enterprise from the University of Wolverhampton, UK and a Masters degree in Advanced Leadership Practice (MALP) from Massey University Auckland and currently Chair the Board of Trustees of Westmere School|Te Rehu.
